Rendition of Boater's Launch II

Newly built in 2008, Boater's Launch II offers a heated rooftop pool, unique to Topsail Island, and a private boat launch ramp in Galleon Bay, unique ocean-view community on a deep-water maritime canal with easy access to and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Located on the most narrow part of the island, the ocean is just 150 feet in one direction with a private fishing / boat dock on a quiet, man-made canal in the other direction. Kayaking, jet skiing, and sailing are suitable in the canal and the Atlantic Ocean is a mere 15-minute ride in a motorboat.

The fourth floor rooftop terrace-lanai is accessible by elevator or stairs and features an open area with a large hot tub, pool and an indoor area with TV, refrigerator and half bath.
